Island Millwork, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Andy Slagel with a simple belief: that architectural millwork should be beautiful, durable, and built to the exact specifications of the people who use it. From our facility in Ocala, Florida, we manufacture brackets, pergola systems, column wraps, shutters, rafter tails, ceiling boards, railing, and fully custom pieces — all made to order, all made in the USA.
We are a small, tight-knit family operation, and that shows in everything we do. Every order gets personal attention. Every project matters. We work directly with homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors across Florida and beyond — and we take pride in being a reliable partner from the first quote to the final install.
Since 2017 we’ve grown from a local millwork shop into a trusted supplier for some of Florida’s most beautiful homes and commercial properties. But we’ve never lost the family-first mentality that got us here.
